How to cancel Dropbox
Cancel Dropbox Plus/Professional/Essentials: avatar → Manage account → Cancel plan.
Cancel on the web
- Log in at dropbox.com.
- Click avatar → Manage account.
- Click Cancel plan at the bottom.
- Select a reason → Continue canceling / Confirm.
Cancel on iPhone / iOS
- If purchased in App Store: Settings → Subscriptions → Dropbox.
- Else cancel on dropbox.com Manage account.
Cancel on Android
- If Play-billed: Play subscriptions. Else dropbox.com Manage account.
Refunds & timing
Account becomes Dropbox Basic (2 GB) at end of billing cycle — not the same as deleting the account. Over-quota Basic may lose sync features. Email subject “Dropbox Plan will not renew” confirms web cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel.

Does uninstalling the Dropbox app cancel my subscription?

When do Dropbox charges stop after cancel?
