How to cancel HelloFresh
Cancel HelloFresh: Account Settings → Cancel Plan. Cutoff is 5 days before delivery (11:59 pm PST).
Cancel on the web
- Log in.
- Click your name → Account Settings.
- On Plan settings, under Status, click Cancel Plan.
- Follow prompts until you see cancellation confirmation.
Cancel on iPhone / iOS
- Use HelloFresh site/account in Safari (same web steps). Skipping weeks: My Menu → Skip Week.
Cancel on Android
- Same web account steps in a browser.
Refunds & timing
Pause/cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days before the next scheduled delivery. After cutoff, that order may still process and be charged. You can reactivate later.
FAQ
Does uninstalling the HelloFresh app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling does not stop billing. Cancel where you were charged (web, Apple, Google Play, or a partner) using the official link.
When do HelloFresh charges stop after cancel?
Usually you keep access until the paid period ends and are not charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal when required.
What is the official HelloFresh cancel link?
Start here: https://www.hellofresh.com/account-settings/subscription-settings. If Apple, Google, Amazon, or a carrier bills you, cancel in that account instead.
