How to cancel Max
Cancel Max from account subscription management, or Apple/Google/partner if they bill you.
Cancel on the web
- Sign in to your Max account on the web.
- Open Account → Subscription / Membership.
- Select Cancel and confirm.
Cancel on iPhone / iOS
- Apple-billed: Settings → Subscriptions → Max. Else Max web account.
Cancel on Android
- Play subscriptions if applicable; else Max account on web.
Refunds & timing
Direct Max billing: access through current period. Partner (e.g. cable/Amazon/Apple) cancels at partner. Confirm labels on live account UI.

Does uninstalling the Max app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling does not stop billing. Cancel where you were charged (web, Apple, Google Play, or a partner) using the official link.
When do Max charges stop after cancel?
Usually you keep access until the paid period ends and are not charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal when required.
