How to cancel Microsoft 365
Cancel Microsoft 365 at Microsoft Services → Manage → Cancel.
Cancel on the web
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services.
- Select Microsoft 365 → Manage.
- Choose Cancel subscription / turn off recurring billing and confirm.
Cancel on iPhone / iOS
- Use account.microsoft.com in Safari. Apple App Store purchases cancel in Apple Subscriptions.
Cancel on Android
- Microsoft services page, or Google Play if that store billed you.
Refunds & timing
You generally keep apps/benefits until the subscription period ends after canceling recurring billing. Refund eligibility follows Microsoft Store policy and local law.

Does uninstalling the Microsoft 365 app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling does not stop billing. Cancel where you were charged (web, Apple, Google Play, or a partner) using the official link.
When do Microsoft 365 charges stop after cancel?
Usually you keep access until the paid period ends and are not charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal when required.
