Cancel on the web
- Go to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in if needed.
- Tap or click Cancel.
- Under Cancel, tap or click Finish Cancellation.
- Confirm via the email sent to the account address.
Cancel on iPhone / iOS
- In Safari open netflix.com/cancelplan (cancel is on the web).
- Sign in → Cancel → Finish Cancellation.
Cancel on Android
- Browser → netflix.com/cancelplan → Cancel → Finish Cancellation.
- If cancel is missing, check Account → Membership for a payment-partner path.
Refunds & timing
No further charges unless you restart. Mid-cycle cancel keeps access until period end. Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel. Pause may be offered instead of cancel.

Does uninstalling the Netflix app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling does not stop billing. Cancel where you were charged (web, Apple, Google Play, or a partner) using the official link.
When do Netflix charges stop after cancel?
Usually you keep access until the paid period ends and are not charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal when required.
