How to cancel Peloton
Cancel Peloton App or All-Access from My Membership / Manage membership on Peloton support flows.
Cancel on the web
- Sign in on onepeloton.com.
- Open My Membership / membership settings.
- Choose Cancel membership and follow prompts (App vs All-Access differ).
Cancel on iPhone / iOS
- App membership may be Apple-billed: Settings → Subscriptions → Peloton. Hardware All-Access usually cancels on Peloton web/account.
Cancel on Android
- Play-billed app: Play subscriptions. Else Peloton membership web tools.
